VIDEO: It May be Harder to Quit in New York State

Elmira, N.Y. ï¿½ People who want to quit smoking could pay the price under the new New York State budget. Overall, the state Tobacco Control Program lost 1/3 of its funding, or $17 million. Officials with the Tobacco Cessation Center at Arnot Ogden Medical Center and the Southern Tier Tobacco Awareness Community Partnership said their programs are in jeopardy.
